A Giveaway with a Twist!

**UPDATE** Winner will be announced Saturday evening-So keep posting!

Well here it is Monday again, a full week has passed and I don't know where it went! I had a little fight with my office chair and ended up with a bruised behind (not funny) and haven't been able to sit since last Friday!

Okay so back to the important stuff. I had said I would have a giveaway and now that I'm feeling a little better I am going to try to make that happen. But first I need a little help...this will help determine what color(s) the bracelet will be in the giveaway, so yes it's pretty much going to be a surprise until that random person is picked, of course I will take a picture and post it and pray that the winner loves it! Please leave your comments telling me what your favorite color(s) for summer are, why they are your favorites, and what memory does it bring to mind.
I'll give you an example, when I made Sunset on the Mesa(see below in previous post) it was because one of the things I love about being on my family's ranch in New Mexico is looking to my west and watching the sun set on that mesa mountain changing color from a reddish brown to a beautiful purple and the browns because the juniper trees take on a darkish tinge against the mountain.
Thanks everyone and I will pick the lucky winner with the random generator on Saturday morning!
To leave a comment click below where it tells you how many comments there are, not sure why it doesn't say post a comment, thanks!

Hooray! A Giveaway! Thank you for letting me know first! I'm so sorry about your rear! I can't imagine a fight with an office chair, maybe you'll have to elaborate! I like turquoise and coral. They remind me of the ocean. They also remind me of the southwest and squash blossom necklaces and warm summer days.

Thank you for commenting to the question on my blog, I appreciate it! OMG, what beautiful things you guys make!! Just incredible! The wood carving is awesome and the jewelry is just gorgeous, beautiful combination of colors!! This is easy for me, green, blue, blue green, teal, turquoise,...you get the idea! My favorites because grass is green, sky and water are blue, they are all outdoors and they all remind me of freedom, freeness, to be free, part of the earth, and how small we really are!

Sounds like fun. I love all bright colors. Seriously, the louder the better!

Blue and purples. They're always the most difficult flower colors to find and I get so excited when I discover a new one!

I like terracotta and greens, celery and lime, almost any green. I love terracotta pots full of flowers. Your blog is so much fun to visit.

Gorgeous jewellery! I love colours that remind me of sea, turquoise, greens, teal, lime, I love all colours but I'm always drawn back to these as my favourites.

I just happened upon your blog from Sharon's blog...very nice jewelry!

I like the turquoise and coral combo that Doreen mentioned for the same reason. I also like Key West colors like bright turquoise, lavendar, pink, etc. because I love the Keys and being there always makes me feel so creative and inspired. I even painted my craft room in colors that reminded me of the Keys to inspire me! I think they are cheerful colors, and they also remind me of summer.

Thanks for the giveaway!

Goodie! I love giveaways (even though I never win). I am into yellow right now big time. It's a difficult color to find, but I absolutely love it, especially with oranges and reds, or with blues and greens.

By the way, you were the lucky winner of my blog giveaway! Email me and I will send you your code for $20 off!

Summer for me brings back all the vibrant colors of a garden that my grandpa and I spent a lot of time in while I was a kid growing up. Radish red, cucumber green, olive black. After my grandpa passed the memory of the garden always reminded me of our tranquil summers togather.
